REfund policy

Registrants who are chapter members may cancel their conference registration for a full refund minus a flat $35 cancellation fee (or use it as a full registration for the following year’s conference) up to 48hrs prior to the event.

Registrants who are not chapter members may cancel their conference registration for a full refund minus a flat $35 cancelation fee (or use it as a full registration for the following year’s conference) up to seven days prior to the event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to njarboristsisa@gmail.com.

Any room cancellations must be handled directly through Harrah’s, this cancellation policy is only applicable to conference registration.
