It may be beneficial to you to review the official scoresheets prior to the competition to understand how each event is scored.

Please print and fill out this gear inspection form prior to arrival on Friday, June 12. You should list every piece of equipment you intend to use or have available during the competition. Your gear will be inspected by a member of the committee or a volunteer upon arrival, and the prior completion of this form expedites the check-in process.

This is a family-friendly, competition event in a public park with most families attending on Saturday, June 13.

We recommend that families bring lawn chairs, blankets, and packed lunch or plenty of snacks. Lunch will be provided for volunteers and competitors.

We recommend that families pack sunscreen, reusable water bottles, sunglasses, and hats to more comfortably view the competition events.

Please be advised that a “drop-zone” will be set-up around each competition event, marked off by danger or caution tape. For your safety and for the success of this competition, at no time are spectators able to enter this taped-off zone.
