Please note: registration is closed for climbers. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email team@njaisa.com or call 856-343-7571.

    • Please bring a reusable water bottle, we will have water refilling stations available to you.

    • The 2024-2026 Rule Book can be found on the ITCC webpage.

    • It may be beneficial to you to review the official scoresheets prior to the competition to understand how each event is scored.

    • Please print and fill out this gear inspection form prior to arrival on Friday, June 12. You should list every piece of equipment you intend to use or have available during the competition. Your gear will be inspected by a member of the committee or a volunteer upon arrival, and the prior completion of this form expedites the check-in process.

    • Please review the mechanical device list from the ITCC Committee.

    • We appreciate your support! Your presence at the competition is also welcome and encouraged. This is a spectator-friendly event, and it is meaningful to competitors and volunteers to interact with our sponsors. Please let us know if you plan to attend by emailing njarboristsisa@gmail.com

    • This is a family-friendly, competition event in a public park with most families attending on Saturday, June 13.

    • We recommend that families bring lawn chairs, blankets, and packed lunch or plenty of snacks. Lunch will be provided for volunteers and competitors.

    • We recommend that families pack sunscreen, reusable water bottles, sunglasses, and hats to more comfortably view the competition events.

    • Please be advised that a “drop-zone” will be set-up around each competition event, marked off by danger or caution tape. For your safety and for the success of this competition, at no time are spectators able to enter this taped-off zone.

11:00am - 4:00pm - Belayed Speed Climb + Ascent Events

Saturday, June 13 - 7:00am - 7:00pm

7:00am - 7:45am - Breakfast for Competitors + Volunteers

7:45am - 8:15am - Walk-through of events

8:30am - Start Work Climb, Throwball, Aerial Rescue events

12:00pm - Lunch

12:30pm - Continuation of events until completion

This award-winning short-length documentary was filmed at the 2022 International Tree Climbing Championship held in Copenhagen, Denmark. Professional tree climbers from all over the world share their inspirational, sometimes mystical, connection with trees. Whether you are an arborist or not, we hope you will enjoy learning about arboriculture as an important career path in caring for this crucial asset in urban spaces—trees.
